Are you seeing what I’m seeing? Yes, it’s chocolate and peanut butter, and it’s good for you! Today I want to share with you my favorite go to snack that I have been obsessing over lately! Peanut butter Greek yogurt, with crunchy rice puffs and hard shell dark chocolate on top! And the fact that it is sugar free and has 30 grams of protein AND is just under 300 calories…. well, it’s just pretty dang amazing if you ask me. ๐ The perfect mid afternoon meal or snack with a great macro balance. You can also try my Crunchy Berry Almond Yogurt Bowl and my Vanilla Peanut Butter Protein Bowl for some other high protein yogurt snacks.
It’s so simple to make. First, spoon the Greek Yogurt, powdered peanut butter, vanilla, and stevia in a bowl and mix together until all the powdered peanut butter is mixed it.
Next, in a small microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil just until it’s liquid, about 15-20 seconds. Then mix in the coco powder, another squirt of stevia, and vanilla until it’s all smooth and chocolaty. ๐
Dump rice puffs over the yogurt, then drizzle the melted chocolate over that and pop it into the freezer for 4-5 minutes. It hardens back up really quickly. And that’s it!
This definitely curbs my sweet cravings and I want to eat it every day!!! Hooray for chocolate and peanut butter! And did I mention that coconut oil is extremely good for you?? For reals it is and it tastes divine. ๐

Have you tried this using real peanut butter out of the jar? I will definitely try this. It looks like just the ticket for that ice cream fix. Thanks!
Chocolate Salad says
Yes I have and it’s delicious too! You could definitely do either, it would just change the nutritional info, of course. ๐ Thank you!

U mention cocoa powder in the directions but not in the ingredients–
How much cocoa powder?
Chocolate Salad says
Oh no! Thank you so much for catching that! ๐ I fixed it in the list, but it’s 1 tablespoon of coco powder.
