A quick healthy breakfast that tastes like you are eating a treat!! Yes please! I have quite a few oatmeal varieties that I will be sharing with you and this is one of my favorites! Pair it up with egg whites and a glass of almond milk and you have an awesomely balanced macro nutrient breakfast packed with protein!
No Bake Cookie Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 C Water (you can make it with almond milk, but I like to pour mine on top)
- 2 T PB2 Powder
- 1 T Unsweetend Coco Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 t liquid stevia or to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small sauce pan and stir together. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes until thickened up. Scoop into a bowl. Pour milk on top if you want and scramble up a half cup of egg whites for added protein!

- Macros for oatmeal only: Calories 208; Fat 5; Carbs 35; Protein 11
- Sometimes I add in a tablespoon of flax seed for extra health benefit!

Powdered Stevia is just fine, I just usually have liquid. Either way is great. PB2 powder is powdered peanut butter. You can get it at the Good Earth Store, or you can just use 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter. Powdered just has less fat and calories is all. 🙂
